Precision tapered roller bearings (as of 72 mm) and deep-groove ball bearings withstand heavy radial and axial loads. The load rails for highcapacity load handling are made of high-alloy steel and are case hardened.

Idler rollers are delivered in plain-stud style, flanged stud style (centric or eccentric) or yoke style and are available in metric or inch sizes. Idler rollers can also be delivered in customised designs when special demands must be fulfilled.

CAM RUNNER® idler-rollers give designers a new way to control linear motion and support the lighter loads that don’t require the heavy-duty performance of OSBORN's Load Runners idler-rollers. Although they’re dimensionally interchangeable with conventional needle-bearing cam followers, they provide important performance features no needle-bearing can deliver.

Load Rails

OSBORN Load Rails are hardened on the rolling surface to 60-65 Rc and offer rail loadings of up to 71.500 lbs (317450 N) per roller.
